Vendor Requirements
Who can list on Harusi Hub?
We keep a curated marketplace so couples trust every vendor they find here. Here are the baseline requirements to get listed.
Required to apply
- A registered wedding-related business operating in Kenya
- A valid business name (sole trader, partnership, or company)
- At least 5 portfolio images showing your work
- A working phone number for couple inquiries
- A brief business bio (minimum 50 characters)
- At least 1 year of experience in your category (or documented training)
Not eligible
- Businesses located entirely outside Kenya
- Products that are not wedding-related
- Businesses under active legal or regulatory sanction
- Resellers with no original service offering
Staying in good standing
Once approved, vendors are expected to maintain these standards. Consistent non-compliance may lead to suspension.
- Respond to inquiries within 48 hours of receiving them
- Maintain accurate pricing and availability on your Storefront
- Fulfil booked services as agreed with couples
- Uphold professional conduct in all couple communications
Business verification
During the wizard you'll be asked to submit basic business documents (e.g. KRA PIN, registration certificate). Verification is optional but unlocks a Verified badge on your public Storefront, which increases couple trust and inquiry rates.
