1. Contact the hotel's events or groups coordinator — not the front desk, not reservations. Ask for the Groups/MICE team.
2. Tell them your wedding date, approximate guest count, and how many rooms you expect to need.
3. Ask for a group rate and a room block agreement. Get the details in writing: room rate, deadline for guest bookings, attrition clause (what happens if guests do not fill all the rooms).
